Excipients Q.S.
  • ITRACONAZOLE is a triazole antifungal agent.
  • ADVANTAGE OVER FLUCANAZOLE-Itraconazole has a broader spectrum of activity than fluconazole
  • In particular, it is active against Aspergillus, which fluconazole is not.
Indication
  • Blastomycosis
  • Histoplasmosis
  • Sporotrichosis
  • Onchomycosis
  • Systemic infections like aspergillosis candidiasis and cryptococosis where other antifungal drugs are ineffective.
