- Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is used as a vasodilator
- It relaxes blood vessels, which makes them wider and allows blood to pass through them more easily.
- Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is a B2 adrenoreceptor agonist that causes direct relaxation of uterine and vascular smooth muscle via 62 receptors.
Indication
- Premature labour
- Threatened or habitual abortion
- To relieve symptoms of cerebral vascular insufficiency
- Raynaud's phenomenon / Peripheral vascular disease/ Bueger's disease
